Description:
The SONY AD-5670S superdrive is in exceptional condition as it is original and fully tested. 
The SONY AD-5670S superdrive is used to play or burn a DVD or CD. 

Each SONY AD-5670S superdrive is tested individually for visual and operational defects.

Apple branded Sony NEC Optiarc AD-5670S internal 12.5mm slot loading SATA superdrive. 

Note that the optical mounting frames in the iMacs are manufacturer specific and so this drive can only be used as a direct replacement for an existing Sony drive (unless you are prepared to trim off the tiny tabs along the leading edge of the frame).
Note that iMacs use manufacturer-specific optical bezels. 

Fitting this drive as a replacement for a different manufacturer (i.e. HL or Panasonic) you may need to trim several of the tiny tabs from the front edge of the bezel to ensure the drive sits correctly.
